This is a make and take class where we will discuss what Essential Oils are and how you can use them to support your physical and emotional health, as well as to enhance your quality of life. With the upcoming winter months, you will learn how Essential Oils can be used to naturally elevate your mood, improve your sleep, and support your immune system. Participants will also learn how they can soothe occasional aches and pains, reduce daily stress and help manage anxious feelings. All participants will leave with 3 Essential Oil samples and 1 make and take Essential Oil product.

Fiddle for Beginners

Lear traditional fiddling. There is an emphasis on playing and learning tunes by ear. Practice bowing techniques and how to perform traditional tunes with your own personal flair. You will need to bring your own fiddle.
Fiddle for Intermediates

Students should be proficient in playing a number of tunes on their own. Come with your tune list. We will add to it and improve on the tunes you already know. Our emphasis will be playing and learning tunes by ear. Practice advanced bowing techniques and how to perform traditional tunes with your own personal flair. You will need your own fiddle.
