Yoga-Intro to Practice

This class is designed for beginners or anyone who is looking for a solid foundation or understanding of yoga. It is a gentle yet strengthening class that focuses on postures as well as breathing and meditation. This class is designed for someone interested in something more than just a workout and who wants to learn about the yogic lifestyle. This is a one week class with 2 weeks of follow-up classes.

Bring: Yoga mat or towel + smiles :)Optional: Block or strap. Maximum: 12

Calendar Feb 3, 2018 at 9 am, runs for 1 week


Not just for Mommy and child however! This class is open to children 2-4 with guardian (mom, dad, grandparent, etc.) During class we will have fun learning some yoga poses, listening and moving to songs, reading a story, and ending with some relaxation time. Maximum: 8 adults with 1 or 2 children

Bring: Yoga mat or towel + smiles :)

Your Money Personality

Managing your money is more than just numbers. In this workshop we will use a fun and unique “Money Habitudes” card sort activity to identify your money management style. Developed by Syble Solomon, this process helps you learn how your habits and attitudes towards money affect your decisions and actions related to money. We will use the results as a starting point for thinking about how you can become more comfortable managing your money.
