REGISTER EARLY (3DAYS)IN ADVANCE TO INSURE YOUR PLACE & MATERIALS! This class will inspire you to create gourmet treats as part of a delicious meal. You will be introduced to different types of leavened and unleavened breads as well as pasta doughs. After a presentation, you will form different doughs and some will be baked and tasted during class. Please bring a large mixing bowl or two with covers to take home your creations.
