JOYFUL Movement for Abundant Wellness

with Kara Masters


Also known as "Kripalu Danskinetics-for improved cardio-vascular flow, movement, breathing, and relaxing. Feel your heart in your body and in a joyful, moving group with your abundant wellness as a goal. This class is in the moment-no choreography and no memory required: just remember to come to class each week. All levels welcome. Participants will benefit from our weekly warm up, 30-45 minutes of joyful & freeing movement, followed by seated deep breathing & relaxation to close the class. Wear comfortable clothing and non-marking soles for the gym floor, and bring water, a small hand towel, a blanket, towel or yoga mat for the end of class. Max 30
