A great introduction to the hydrostatic benefit of water fitness. This type of exercise is gentle on the joints and is adaptable to a range of fitness levels. Let’s have fun while exercising! Two four-week sessions sign up for one or both! Watch for Intro to Mat Pilates with Louisa coming in January.
