Water Yoga II

We're doing another 4 weeks. A great introduction to the hydrostatic benefit of water fitness.  Stretch, dance, walk, or swim and experience moving and exercising in the water. Gentle on the joints. This class will address aerobic conditioning as well as stretching and toning movements for the water. Adaptable to a range of fitness levels. Have fun while exercising! Max 15 students
