Our emphasis will be playing and learning tunes by ear. Practice advanced bowing techniques and how to perform traditional tunes with your own personal flair. You will need your own violin. JOYFUL Movement for Abundant Wellness

Also known as "Kripalu Danskinetics-for improved cardio-vascular flow, movement, breathing, and relaxing. Feel your heart in your body and in a joyful, moving group with your abundant wellness as a goal. This class is in the moment-no choreography and no memory required: just remember to come to class each week. All levels welcome. Participants will benefit from our weekly warm up, 30-45 minutes of joyful & freeing movement, followed by seated deep breathing & relaxation to close the class. Wear comfortable clothing and non-marking soles for the gym floor, and bring water, a small hand towel, a blanket, towel or yoga mat for the end of class. Max 30
