Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a light stomach.
T.J. Farnum is a Breathwork Coach and a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
**Participants can attend all four sessions, or drop-in attendance is available at $15/session, payable at the time of the class.
When: Mondays, starting May 5th-June 2, for four weeks. (No class May 26th)
